Guest attending Greg and Stephanie Doan and family

The meeting was held at Don and Kennita house and started shortly after 4:00pm.

The Treasurer's report was given and Teresa said we should have the bond from the 2009 DOA returned in the near future and that there are still some members who need to get up to date for DOA dinner and shirts.

As for Correspondence Received Rob did talk with Bob DeVore from GLFWD about activity's this year  on Drummond Island and if MSG would be putting and DOA this year.

It was talked about heading to Silver Lake sand dunes the weekend of April 18 for some playing on the sand Saturday and the GLFWD meeting Sunday.

And for membership Greg and Stephanie Doan petition the Executive board to become full time members again their request was above, Welcome back Greg and Stephanie.

Tim suggested to get a large hard drive to store scanned photos for the Historian to use also discussed was possibly looking into online backup or a FTP sit online to send photos too.

For club event this year DOA was discussed but with all the activity on Drummond this year that DOA may not happen this year but it was not put to a vote.

The New bylaws that were proposed and post online in January were voted in by all members.

New logo ideas are still being discussed so if you have an idea try getting it down on paper.

And if anyone needs to rent the tent call Don or Kennita to get it on the calender.

The next meeting will be on Sunday March 21 at
Rob and Teresa Pionk's house
8135 Wilson
Shelby Twp. Mi. 48316
